 Iron Cook 2001 Fans of the Iron Chef show seen on the FoodTV network were welcomed to Bridgetown for the 2001 Cast Iron Stomach Challenge. Chef Vince was met by challenger, Chef Jerry, for a colossal battle of Pork Parts. Nearly fifty fans witnessed the battle in Driveway Stadium, with indescribable dishes served to raucous spectators. Everyone was a winner, with bragging rights going to those who actually sampled the duck feet served in Chef Vince's Duck Feet Soup. We also heard that the Grilled Pig Ears and Roasted Eggplant were a crowd favorite. Announcer Eric welcomed the crowd and contestants. Chef Vince was assisted by by his apprentice, Andrew. The official photographer was Brian, who abandoned his duties early on to become the assistant of Chef Jerry. (Alas, no photo's of the finished dishes...)
